busy as all hell. Post Singapore/China bug/flu/new gig invites///everything else has been keeping busy enough to keep my claws away from the internet.

Anime Conventions

Invited to play in 2 anime conventions in Sydney. Much wonderfulness and more details in a little bit.

New album threatens to happen

Spent the last 2 weeks detailing new album concepts and timelines. Most unromantic but necessary aspect of creation especially when you are trying to get funds for it. The only fun bit is writing about what exactly I’m going to do with you minions when I go into my cave.

It’s rather engaging. It involves a saw, some blood spillage and monkey god.

Keep your eyes peeled.

Look what your royal madness dragged in. A whole lotta cuts from the gig in singapore…courtesy of Singapore esplanade…who sent a very very decent copy of the June gigs to spidey — which totally beat my attempt at filming gigs from the house with a very old camera.

In other news…

Caught up over dinner with Queenie creator of manga the dreaming (if u haven’t read it, it’s good horror fun)
who met a fellow creator who turned out to be a direct descendant of Edgar Allan Poe. She showed him Lenore’s Song.

He approves.

I’m honored.

Now I want his blood in return.

Not much…just a tiny vial to say that I have Edgar Allan Poe DNA.

Queenie has agreed to pass on my wishes.

I await with much optimism.
